Spiritual Awakenings
This Workshop is a combination
of Meditation In Movement. You will have pleasures and awakenings
with a new experience of empowerment.
Rita Silva -Initiated in
the Spiritual traditon of Yoruba descent, and traditional
dancer and musician of the Afro-Brazilian Culture for over
25 years.

a spirtiual mind, and
body participation of:
*Circle Healing with Movement Meditation
*Dances- awakening the spiritual
connection of your own nature with symbolic traditions.
*Music-Chants, Instruments, and
rythmns are a tool to our inner voices .
*Releasing pain ,that is blocked
and hidden energies.
Awakening our conciousness and
learning how to recognize our own nature in a more positive
approach thru Meditation - dance and music!!!!!

Rita Silva will engage
in this workshop her knowledge and spiritual connection to
the dances and symbols of the Afro-Brazilian culture that
embody within us as symbols
of nature a divine piece of body, mind and spirit.
Each dance has
a element of nature, and has a characteristic simulation to
the nature of our own personalities (fire,water,wind, forest,
metal...) The symbolic movements are very traditional and
of great respect and empowerment.
These workshops
have been presented in many different settings.
Such as:
Universities
Festivals
Retreats
Yoga Centers
Museums
Public Schools
Senior Citzen Centers.
Each workshop can adapt to any surrounding. Can be offered
as Private sessions, and Group Settings.
